Law on Investment 67/2014/QH13 was passed by theNational Assembly of Socialist Republic of  Vietnamon November 26^th 2014.

Law on Enterprise 68/2014/QH13 was passed by theNational Assembly of Socialist Republic of  Vietnamon November 26^th 2014.

STEPS OF INVESTMENT REGISTRATION

Step 1: Preparing and submitting the dossier of Investment Registration in the Department of Planning and Investment of the localitywhere the headquarter of enterprise is located or the Management Board of Industrial Zones (if the headquarter of enterprise is located in the Industrial Zones)

Step 2: The Department of Planning and Investment/ the Management Board of Industrial Zones shall consult in writing by the associated authorities such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment…

Step 3: On the basis of written approval of the authorities that are consulted, the Department of Planning and Investment or the Management Board of Industrial Zones shall issue the Certificate of Investment Registration.

Step 4: Implementing the procedures for business registration and seal registration after being issued the Certificate of Investment Registration in case the investment project associated with the establishment of economic organization.
